I am Kelita Lugg, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to teens and adults in Connecticut. My clinical background includes outpatient therapy, hospital-based care, behavioral health, care coordination, and clinical review.This experience has shaped my understanding of how emotional distress, medical systems, family responsibilities, work demands, parenting stress and major life transitions can intersect in ways that feel overwhelming.My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical. I draw from CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based therapy to help clients better understand patterns, build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and take meaningful steps toward change.

Therapy Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and practical.
